1. Acceptance of terms

By using our website and booking system you enter into a legally binding agreement with JS Sports Arena under these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not accept these Terms, or any revisions we publish, you must stop using the website and booking system immediately.

2. Assumption of risk & liability

Use of JS Sports Arena facilities involves inherent risks (including physical injury or death). All entrants use the facilities at their own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JS Sports Arena (and its officers, employees, agents and contractors) will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person entering JS Sports Arena premises, including where caused by negligence.
Entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless JS Sports Arena and its representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, losses and damages arising from use of JS Sports Arena facilities.
In the event of an emergency, entrants authorise JS Sports Arena to obtain medical assistance, treatment and transport as JS Sports Arena reasonably deems necessary. Entrants are responsible for any costs associated with such medical treatment or transportation.

3. Behaviour, damage & entry

All entrants must behave appropriately and follow lawful directions given by JS Sports Arena staff. Abusive language, derogatory remarks, or disruptive behaviour are not tolerated.
Any entrant who causes damage to JS Sports Arena property will be required to make good the damage or will be charged the cost of repair or replacement.
JS Sports Arena reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any person from the premises.

4. Personal property & inspections

Entrants are responsible for their own property at all times. JS Sports Arena does not accept liability for items lost, stolen or damaged while on its premises (including in amenities).
JS Sports Arena reserves the right to inspect personal belongings on entry and exit and may refuse entry or remove persons for offensive behaviour, theft, vandalism, failure to supervise minors or failure to comply with safety instructions or other conditions of entry.

5. Access & check-in

Entrants must use the Access Pin-pad (or other access method published by JS Sports Arena) to check in and gain access to courts and facilities.
All court bookings must be made and paid for prior to use. Members remain responsible for payment for their guests.
Entrants must strictly adhere to their allocated timeslot and court number. Failure to comply may incur additional charges. Extra court time may be booked and paid for online via the booking system.

6. Coaching & equipment use

Only authorised JS Sports Arena coaches may provide coaching or lessons at JS Sports Arena venues. Coaching baskets and other coaching equipment on courts are for use by authorised JS Sports Arena coaches only.
Entrants must not accept coaching at JS Sports Arena other than from an authorised JS Sports Arena coach.

7. Attire

Appropriate attire must be worn at all times, which always includes a shirt and non-marking court shoes while on courts. JS Sports Arena may refuse facility use to anyone not complying with attire rules.

8. Photography & recording

The use of cameras, video or other recording equipment (including mobile phones for recording) is not permitted on JS Sports Arena premises without prior written consent from JS Sports Arena.

9. Smoking & alcohol

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are prohibited in all areas of JS Sports Arena venues.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and only collect and store information necessary for the functioning of our website and services. By providing personal information you consent to its use for service operation, research and marketing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We may contact you through in-account notifications or off-platform (text, email) for functional notifications. We may also send marketing/promotional material; you may opt out of direct marketing at any time. Functional communications related to service use will continue even if you opt out of marketing.

11. Security cameras

Security cameras operate within JS Sports Arena venues. Entrants acknowledge they may be recorded while on premises.

12. Booking system & access codes

Our online booking system is the authorised method for reserving court time. An acknowledgement email will be sent after booking.
That acknowledgement email will include the access PIN required to enter the premises. Court lights will only activate once the access code is entered at the entry door; lights remain on for the duration of the booking.
Access codes become valid 15 minutes prior to a booked timeslot to allow early check-in. Court lights will remain on for up to 15 minutes after the booked timeslot ends.
Customers must only use the facilities during their booked timeslot and must make their way to exit once the timeslot concludes.
If JS Sports Arena experiences technical issues, entry may be delayed or start later than scheduled. Customers should use the contact numbers provided on our website for assistance.
All prices shown in the booking system are in AUD, include GST and may change without notice.

13. User accounts & communications

Customers must provide correct contact details and email addresses for the individual using the facilities so JS Sports Arena can deliver booking acknowledgements and access codes.
All booking-related communications (including access codes) will be sent from JS Sports Arena's official email addresses such as bookings@jssportsarena.com.au
Providing false or misleading information, or otherwise failing to comply with these Terms, may lead to suspension of your user account and denial of access to the booking system. JS Sports Arena may also report unlawful behaviour to authorities.

14. Court booking credits

Customers may add court booking credit to their user account for future bookings using accepted card payments (Visa/Mastercard debit or credit).
Where a bonus value applies to a top-up tier, the bonus is added to the customer's account and used for bookings. Booking balances are reduced according to the prevailing hourly rates.
If a booking exceeds available credit, a top-up is required to complete the booking.
Prepaid credits have a minimum validity period of 90 days from the date of purchase. All credit balances must be used before expiry; expired balances will be reset and no refund will be provided. Customers must ensure sufficient balance when booking.

15. Cancellation policy — court bookings

Cancellations must be made via the booking system at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking start time to be eligible for a credit refund.
Failure to cancel online through the booking website within the specified time will render the customer ineligible for credit refund.
Recurring bookings may be rescheduled within 24 hours but are not eligible for refund.
Refunds for court booking credit top-ups are considered on a case-by-case basis. Bonus credits are non-refundable and non-transferable and may be deducted from any approved refund. The final refund amount will be calculated pro-rata based on prevailing court booking rates (excluding bonus credits).
If a refund is approved, a processing fee of $30 will be charged.

Social session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session start time via the booking website to be eligible for a credit refund.
Recurring social bookings may be rescheduled within 24 hours but no refund will be offered.
Any refund requests for social sessions will be assessed case-by-case and calculated after deducting session costs at prevailing social session rates.

17. Racket/Paddle hire

Rackets & Paddles are available for hire at the centre during limited window of the day. Please call +61 490 135 009 at least 24 hours before booking if you wish to confirm availability.
